An Acorn symbolises growth and potential. It is a small seed that holds within it the potential for tremendous growth and prosperity. An Acorn grows into a great oak tree with strong, deep roots and branches that reach towards the sky and grow far and wide. Your wealth journey may start with a simple plan that grows over time as life’s possibilities present themselves.
Acorn Wealth (previously VGB Wealth) was founded in 2000. The practice is focused on providing holistic advice to clients believing that, with the right advice, clients can build strong foundations to grow and accumulate wealth over a lifetime. From humble beginnings the practice has grown as it has welcomed new clients and additional staff. We are passionate about finance and gain great professional and personal satisfaction from helping our clients achieve their goals. For our clients, Acorn Wealth will be there throughout their journey, every step of the way, to guide and advise them. Our goal is to help our clients live the rich life they deserve.
Business owners Michelle Gavlin and Jon Brittain have shared business values to provide quality, fit for purpose financial advice and superior service to their clients. They also share similar personal values and a testament to this is the fact that many family members work (or have worked) in the practice. We are a true family business and endeavour to treat all clients like family.
